Working mums

So I haven’t been blogging as much as I’d like to recently. Many extra shifts at work means my time at home is stretched between housework and my family. No time for social media or my blog. But here I am! (currently sat at work whislt it’s quite). Anyway, apologies for that and I’ll get on with it.

It’s hard, mum guilt sets in so you have the constant struggle between earning a decent wage and spending time with you baby. All circumstances are different but unfortunately we’re not all lucky enough to be stay at home Mum’s! Along with that we generally have to stay on top of things at home as well as looking after a child. I know I also like to try be a good housewife for Liam(but he is very understanding when I’m exhausted and is a great help with the cooking!). So we working mum’s put on a smile and juggle our many talents. Or at least I do.

I’m not here to complain, I love my life and I’m happy with my job but I just want to give some credit to all the other working Mum’s and say I understand. It is hard (God knows how you single parents cope!) and just well done. Please try not to feel so guilty about it, you’re doing great!
